- Bidding Documents shall be on sale on any working day from 30th January to 16th February, 2017. Bids shall be received on or before 16th February 2017 15:00 Hrs and shall be opened on the same day at 15:30 Hrs.
Interested Bidders may obtain the complete set of Bidding Documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Nu. 300.00 [Ngultrum three Hundred only] as cost of Bidding Documents from office of General Manager, Renewable Energy Department, Bhutan Power Corporation, Thimphu.
- The bidding document can be downloaded from below . However, the interested bidders who have downloaded and printed the bid document themselves and wish to participate should register with on or before the bid sale closing date and time upon written application and non-refundable payment of Nu. 200.00 (Ngultrum Two Hundred only) to make the bid enforceable.
- BPC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid partly or fully or cancel the bidding process without assigning any reasons thereof and in such case no Bidder/ intending Bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action of BPC.
