Interested bidders may purchase bidding document on submission of written application along with copies of valid trade license and CBD registration certificate to the General Manager, TCD, TS, BPC, Thimphu. However, the interested bidders shall register and arrange to make payment for the bidding documents on or before November 02,2017 upto 12:00 Hrs.
