Bidding documents with detail terms and conditions can be purchased from the office of the Chief Manager, Electricity Services Division, BPC, Thimphu from 26th February 2018 to 26th March 2018 during office hours on payment of Nu.10,000 (non-refundable) to Finance Officer, Electricity Services Division, BPC, Thimphu. Sealed bids complete in all respect must be submitted to the Chief Manager, Electricity Services Division, BPC, Thimphu by 27th March 2018 at 1430 hours. The bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representative who choose to attend on the same day at 1500 hours.
BPC reserves the right to reject any or all the bids or cancel/withdraw the notice inviting tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever and in such case no tenderer/intending tender shall have any claim arising out of such action.
