The first ever conference organized by Research & Development Department themed “Engineering the Future” was held on 12th of September, 2018 in the BPC conference hall. The conference was graced by the CEO, Management team and senior officials of BPC.
The conference had a total of twelve speakers from various departments.
Five sessions were held which emphasized on Information & Communication, Contracts & Project Management, Engineering Technology, Future of Energy/Alternate Technology and New Ideas. The nature of sessions were informative and interactive.
Mr. Gorab Dorji, Head of Department, R&DD conveyed his gratitude to all the participants, particularly session moderators and presenters in his capacity as the main organizer. He extended his thanks to the CEO and all the attendees and expressed hope that such conferences would continue going forward and better in years to come.
