The Information Technology Division invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Tender: Supply, Delivery, configuration & commissioning of CISCO networking equipment; Supply & Delivery of IBM Spare Parts; Microsoft Office Standard 2019 for Windows & Mac OS and installation of wildcard SSL certificates; Virtualization of existing servers and Migration.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on the bid from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of IT Manager, Information Technology Division, Bhutan Power Corporation Ltd., Thimphu, Bhutan, Telephone: +975 02 326219, email: sonam_dhendup@bpc.bt.
A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of written application to the above address on or before 15:00 hours on May 28, 2019 and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Nu. 1,000.00. The Bidding documents can also be downloaded from below but should register with the Purchaser on or before the closing of Bid Sale Date after paying registration fee of Nu. 200.00 (Ngultrum two hundred) only. The registration shall be done through written application together with the business license copy to make the bid enforceable.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as shown in the table below and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidder on or before 14:30 hours on May 28th , 2019 and will be publicly open at 15:000 hours on 28th May 2019.
