However, the interested bidders who have downloaded and printed the bid document themselves and wish to participate should register with Chief Manager, Regional Stores Division, BPC, Phuentsholing on or before the bid sale closing date upon written application and non-refundable payment of Nu.200.00(Ngultrum Two hundred only) to make the bid enforceable.
- BPC reserves the right to cancel/withdraw/annul the bidding process without assigning any reason and shall bear no liability whatsoever consequent upon such a decision.
