Bhutan Power Corporation Limited has launched the “Automatic bill reconciliation for online electricity bill payment” system in SAP ISU on 30th January 2020. The launch was attended by General Manager-DCSD and General Manager-ICD along with the staffs of ESD Thimphu, SUIT and ICD. With the launch of this system, BPC achieved the automatic reconciliation of successful and unsuccessful online electricity bill payment transactions with the various banks, thereby mitigating the manual reconciliation works.
The project was implemented by SUIT, ICD in collaboration with DrukSmart Private Limited within the period of two months.
