Sealed bids are invited from Class “Medium – W3” contractors registered with the Construction Development Board and holding valid trade license for “Construction of 6 Block (2 Units Each) Semi –Permanent (Ekra) Staff Quarter at Gayzor, Samdrup Jongkhar.”. The following are the tender details:

1. Bid Security is Nu.217,000/-(Two Hundered Seventeen Thousand Only)
2. Cost of bid document is Nu. 1000 (One thousand only) – Non- refundable
3. Date of sale is from 11.12.2015 to 07.01.2016
4. Date of submission of bids is 07.01.2016 (up to 1500 hrs)
5. Date of opening of bids is 07.01.2016 (at 1600 hrs)
6. Venue for opening of bids is BPC Conference Hall, Thimphu

Interested bidders may purchase bidding document on submission of written application along with copies of the valid trade license and CDB registration certificate to the General Manager, TCD, TW, BPC, Thimphu.
