Tashi Khadar was offered to Mr. Karma Chhopel on his new appointment as the Sr. Divisional Manager, Electricity Services Division (ESD) , Thimphu by the Managing Director, Management and staff of BPC. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Sr. Manager, ESD Paro.
He has a Masters degree in Business Administration, Australia and is from Khaling, Trashigang.
